For bulk processing of small to medium sized components, barrel plating is extensively used. Components are placed in an  instrument known as  he Barrel during the finishing process. The barrel is then passed through a series of chemical treatments to finish the surface finish. The  angler, an electrical contact in these barrels, aids in the passage of DC current. The size, form, and weight of the items available for barrel  plating limit the options available. Barrels are normally made out of a non-conductive material. Perforations in the barrel body aid in achieving a uniform polish on the components. The Cherry on the Top, our plants are highly customizable based on client’s request and  requirements.
